Favorite NYC restaurant: Bruno Pizza on 3rd and 13th. I discovered this gem when I moved to the City. The owner is a friend, fantastic chef, and miller. (He makes his own flour.) I love to sit at the chef’s counter, taste his unique pasta and pizza creations, and discuss everything from NYC weather to theology.
In the city I love: Living like a local — walking to my writer’s workspace, stopping off for a mani/pedi, having Cereal Milk soft serve delivered on a hot, sticky summer night from Milk Bar, riding my bicycle to the Hudson River Parkway and crashing red lights on the way.
Passions: Helping others move closer to Jesus, travelling, especially back home to my native London, and visiting my young adult children in LA and the UK, then coming back to Manhattan island and climbing into my bed.
