One Important Decision to Make

FIND YOUR TRIBE AND NEVER LET GO

Do you want to meet up with a few friends and have heart-to-hearts at Birch Coffee in NoMad?

Do you want to have a best friend to call six months from now, when you’re buried under “stuff at work”? And know that she knows “stuff at work” is actually code for that “unhealthy crush I have on a co-worker who is all wrong for me, but I’m practicing new boundaries, and we both know that’s super difficult”? (Or is that just me?)

Finding friends like that doesn’t happen overnight. It takes effort, intentionality, and… vulnerability. Eek! But it’s worth it.

This year, commit to finding women you can hang with, laugh with, and grow with. Gals that ask the deeper questions, like “What’s going on in your heart these days?” “What’s been on your mind?” Gals that really listen.

And be that kind of friend.

BE A JUDGMENT-FREE ZONE FOR SOMEONE.

Be a safe space for a friend to talk through life’s big issues, hard questions, and embarrassing moments.

And if you already have a tribe, be intentional about deepening those friendships.  Carve out time in your schedule for meet-ups or a phone call.

We make time for what is important to us.  Are you communicating to them that they are just as important as that weekly yoga class you never miss?

Make it a priority to find and build a RADIANT tribe. It’ll make the year a lot more fun than a 365 day-long party-for-one.
