We are joined by Lauren Franco, Founder and Executive Director of [gather]. This episode is full of insight from Lauren about exploring fresh ways to engage with community in the virtual reality of our new normal. She shares practical ways of making a virtual space that is vibrant and encourages openness.

LAUREN FRANCO IS THE FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF [GATHER], A NON-PROFIT AIMED at building community among women, fostering deep relationships, and helping women deepen their leadership gifting and skills.

With six teams across the country, a podcast, and monthly events, Lauren helps lead the women of [gather] in many different ways. She is an NYU alumni, having built her own major in Human Rights, Public Policy, and Media/Communications, and currently works in her day-job at the Department of Justice. She has worked for a few different human rights organizations both domestically and abroad, and hopes to use her love for creativity, community, and story-telling, to further the work of justice. Lauren also loves to sing, act, and write, and still finds time to work on creative projects alongside everything else. She is passionate about Jesus and justice and building the church in New York City.
